Mr. Ferguson is a shareholder and of counsel to the firm. Prior to retiring from full time practice, Mr. Ferguson focused his practice on insurance defense, local government law, medical liability, negligence, torts and workers’ compensation. Mr. Ferguson retired as Solicitor of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina in 1989 after serving as Solicitor from 1977-1989 and Assistant Solicitor from 1970-1976.

Mr. Ferguson is involved in many civic and professional organizations. Mr. Ferguson served as a Captain on active duty in the U.S. Army, 1960-1965.
